Chiller plant optimisation

The plant runs itself.

It reads your existing building automation historian and executes supervised control actions back into the plant. Continuously, on-premise, around the clock.

Software only. No equipment replacement On-premise. Data never leaves your building

The problem

Your biggest electrical load is tuned by hand, once.

In most malls, hotels, hospitals and data centres, the chiller plant is the building's single largest electrical load. Very few run anywhere near their best operating point.

Too many variables, too few operators

Staging, setpoints, pump speed, fan logic: the best combination changes with load and weather several times an hour. No team can retune that continuously.

Automation schedules are frozen at commissioning

Automation systems run sequences written years ago. They do not adapt to load drift, ageing equipment or seasonal change.

The data is already there, unread

Plants log thousands of points a minute into a historian. The optimisation signal is in that database; the control system never sees it.

Retrofit cannot be justified

Replacing chillers is a capital project with months of disruption. For most owners the payback never clears the bar.

The design

It closes the loop.

Most analytics products stop at a dashboard recommendation and leave the acting to a busy person. This system completes the circuit.

Next step

Send us a month of your plant's logs.

Your building system already records what we need; engineers call it the historian, and your maintenance contractor can export the file. The system then runs in shadow first: reading your plant alongside your operators, touching nothing, until the numbers prove out. A month of data tells us whether your plant has room worth chasing, and earns you a free first-pass proposal. If there is no room, we will say so.
